Penny is a native of Florida, having been born and raised in Palm Beach County. 
She began her career in the legal field in 1979 and possesses over 40 years of legal experience working for law offices, large and small, within the Palm Beach County and Martin County areas with experience in various fields including personal injury, family law, civil litigation and appellate law.
She currently is the Office Manager and Legal Assistant to the Senior Partner, William A. Fleck, Esquire.
Outside the office, Penny enjoys tapping into her creative abilities as a professional photographer and jewelry designer. She specializes in nature photography capturing unique pictures of the local scenery and animals. Penny also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as fishing, boating camping and anything to do with the ocean.
