FLORIDA’S I-95 – DANGEROUS ROAD?

FROM THE LEFT LANE (Article 3)

FLORIDA’S I-95 – IS IT THE NATION’S MOST DANGEROUS ROAD?

Florida accounts for the single largest stretch of I-95. The interstate runs nearly the entire length of the east coast of the U.S and is riddled with serious truck and car accidents on a daily basis.

Too much traffic, too many drivers, not enough driver training, too many large fast moving trucks!!!  One of the issues that makes it so dangerous is the fact that it serves as a travel path for out of state tourists and local commuters as well as being one of our nations busiest commercial trucking routes.

There are serious and often fatal accidents every day on I-95. Accidents on I-95 are often caused by the physical conditions of a highway that can complicate the ability of drivers to appropriately adjust their speed, merge safely, or come to a stop.

There are any number of factors that may contribute to accidents on Interstate 95, including:
Shoulder drop off; Potholes; Confusing entrance and exit ramps; Improper road design; Sharp curves; Poorly graded curves; Improper water drainage on road Uneven pavement; Obscured signs; Lack of guard rails; Grooved pavement and many more.

If you find yourself injured in an accident on I-95 in Florida – it is best to consult an attorney with substantial experience. There are so many different circumstances that a proper answer to your particular problem can only be obtained by a trained and experienced lawyer.
